About Me & My Practice
Helping you feel better about you
My approach to counselling is Humanistic and based on the theory of Transactional Analysis with focus on relationships, communication and healing; you are at the heart of this process. The most important relationship you will ever have is with yourself and your emotional well being depends on how you feel about you.
I have always been passionate about helping others and in addition to private practice, provided counselling support in a local GP surgery for two years.
I am committed to offering a confidential and ethical service. I have regular supervision and attend relevant workshops and short courses to support my knowledge and continuing professional development.
